Three stacked floors of curved glass and dark metal, each plate hovering over the one below — Ghayath Villa is a building that looks like it’s in motion even when standing still. The form is bold and unapologetic: rounded volumes wrapped in floor-to-ceiling glazing that dissolves the boundary between inside and outside, with illuminated soffits that glow at the edge of each floor like a continuous golden line circling the structure. Anchored by a solid dark cylindrical core, the villa balances mass with lightness in a way that is rarely achieved at this scale.

ARCHITECTURE 3D VISUALIZATION

INTERIOR 3D VISUALIZATION

Ghayath Villa is built around a single defiant gesture — a curved façade that sweeps outward in one continuous arc, dissolving the boundary between architecture and sky. Inside, the design earns its sophistication through tension: raw exposed ceilings against sculptural art-glass chandeliers, deep shadow against floods of natural light, brutalist structure against the softness of billowing linen. A sinuous wave-form light fixture threads through the social spaces like an oscillating frequency — the home’s emotional signature, present in every room, shifting in scale but never in intention. The open living floor, the master suite with its gallery dressing corridor and freestanding bath, the luminous daughter’s suite, the contemplative secondary bedrooms — each space carries its own emotional register while speaking the same architectural language. Ghayath Villa doesn’t accumulate beautiful things. It architects how a life feels from the inside.
