A building that announces itself before you enter it. The facade is a composition of opposing forces — soft curves meeting sharp vertical lines, a grand arched entrance cut into a dark ribbed volume that wraps and folds over the structure like a second skin. From every angle the villa reads differently, yet always with the same authority. The pool mirrors the building’s own language, its form echoing the curves above it, while the garden holds a long outdoor dining table that turns the grounds into a place of gathering as considered as any room inside.

Every floor of Ayman Villa speaks a different emotional language, yet the whole remains unmistakably one vision. From the light-filled rotunda and its monumental suspended installation, to bedrooms designed as complete worlds — each with its own palette, its own atmosphere, its own character — the interior demonstrates what it means to design without compromise.
