Founder, Creative Director
With a dual background in business consultancy and architectural design, Mohamad leads Lartquitecte’s concept strategy with a sharp focus on ROI and scalability. His entrepreneurial mindset and strategic leadership ensure that every project is not only creatively daring but also commercially viable and ready for expansion. He sees each concept as a business opportunity waiting to be unlocked through thoughtful, transformative design.
Samar Hodroj
Co-Owner, Design Director
Known professionally as Mrs. Lartquitecte, Samar brings a bold, artistic flair to every project. With roots in interior design, FF&E, and product design and deep influences from art and fashion, she curates expressive, statement-driven environments. Her intuitive sense for color, texture, and form turns abstract ideas into emotional, immersive spaces that push design beyond aesthetics into storytelling.
Together, they continuously push the boundaries of what interior architecture can achieve merging emotion, identity, and innovation in every project.
Their dynamic is amplified by a talented team of expert architects, designers, visualizers, brand strategists, furniture specialists, and craftsmen who share a common passion: to invent bold, one-of-a-kind concepts that inspire, perform, and endure.
